By submitting a booking request, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms for Glammed by Ky face painting services.

1. Booking Request and Confirmation

• Submitting the form is a booking request only and does not guarantee the date or time.
• Booking at least 2 days before the event is required.
• Requests made less than 2 days before the event are rush bookings, include a $30 rush fee, and remain subject to availability.
• Events are confirmed only after Glammed by Ky approves the request and the required deposit is received.

2. Deposit Policy

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date and time.
• The deposit is applied toward the event total unless otherwise stated.
• If the client fails to send the deposit within the requested timeframe, the date may be released.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels.
• Short-notice cancellations may result in loss of deposit and may still be subject to additional charges if travel has already occurred or event time has been blocked off.
• If the artist has already arrived on site and the event is canceled, refused, materially changed, or unavailable to proceed, the deposit remains forfeited and an additional travel or minimum service charge may apply.
• Rescheduling requests are handled at the discretion of Glammed by Ky based on availability.

4. Pricing, Travel and Access

• Face painting service is charged at $65 per hour.
• A $15 local travel fee or $25 extended-zone travel fee may apply. Other areas require a custom quote.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate location details, access instructions, and a safe workspace.
• If location details are inaccurate or access is delayed, service time may be reduced without refund.

5. Event Readiness

• Children must be present and ready at the scheduled start time.
• Delays caused by the client, guests, venue, or event setup do not extend service time unless additional time is purchased.
• Additional service time must be approved and is charged at the same $65 hourly rate, subject to availability.

6. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the event unless another arrangement is approved in writing.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal, suspension, or early end of service.

7. Behavior and Safety

• Glammed by Ky may refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, ill, or unwilling to cooperate.
• Children must remain reasonably still during painting and should be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

8. Child Photography Policy

• No photos of children will be taken by Glammed by Ky during the event.

9. Right to Refuse or Modify Service

• Glammed by Ky reserves the right to refuse designs, stop service, or modify service when necessary for safety, time limits, sanitation, or inappropriate conduct.

10. Agreement

• By checking the acceptance box and submitting the booking form, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Skin and Allergy Disclaimer

• Face painting products are intended for external use only.
• Although care is taken in product use and hygiene, Glammed by Ky cannot guarantee that a client or guest will not experience skin irritation, allergic reaction, or other sensitivity.
• The client is responsible for informing Glammed by Ky in advance of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, eczema, recent skin treatments, open wounds, or medical concerns affecting the face or skin.

2. Assumption of Risk

• By hiring Glammed by Ky, the client accepts responsibility for deciding whether face painting is appropriate for each participant.
• The client understands that participation is voluntary and assumes the normal risks associated with cosmetic or skin-applied products.

3. Minor Children

• The booking client represents that they are authorized to consent on behalf of participating minors attending the event.
• Parents or guardians should prevent any child with known allergies, severe skin sensitivity, rash, or open skin irritation from being painted unless they have independently determined it is safe.

4. Removal and Aftercare

• The client is responsible for proper removal after the event using gentle soap and water or other suitable removal method.
• Glammed by Ky is not responsible for damage caused by aggressive scrubbing, misuse of products, or failure to follow normal skin care practices after painting.

5. Limitation Notice

• To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Glammed by Ky is not responsible for incidental skin reactions, staining caused by misuse, or issues resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or unsafe participant behavior.

6. Child Photography

• No photos of children will be taken by Glammed by Ky during the event.

7. Client Consent

• By checking the consent box and submitting the form, the client confirms that they have read this notice, understand it, and consent to proceed with booking under these conditions.
