5. Project Build Terms

Website Build Price

Your base author website build is $400.00 total. This is a one-time payment only. Any optional products selected above will be added to the total automatically.

$400.00 total

Project Scope: This agreement covers the website build selected in this form and any optional products the client chooses.

Hosting and Maintenance: Hosting is not included in this project. Maintenance is not included in this project. There is no hosting agreement and no maintenance agreement unless separately contracted.

Payment Structure: This version is a one-time payment only. The total amount due is the base website build plus any selected add-ons.

Client Content and Assets: The client is responsible for providing content, approvals, links, and brand assets needed to complete the project.

Out-of-Scope Changes: New requests outside the approved scope may require a revised price.

Ownership and Handoff: Once the full balance is paid, the client receives handoff of the completed website work included in the approved scope.

I understand and confirm that this project does not include hosting or maintenance unless separately contracted. I agree to the project terms, one-time pricing structure, and scope described above.
